國家衛生研究院林煜軒醫師研究室與國衛院編輯中心，隔週舉辦《科學》（Science）、《自然》（Nature）、《英國醫學期刊》（BMJ）等頂尖期刊的職涯專欄文章討論會。
討論的文章內容包括：研究生是否需要提供咖啡茶點、履歷該如何呈現、世界大學排名的指標…等熱門話題，用類似談話性節目的形式，報導國外學術界的現況與問題，並且討論、比較國內的學術職涯。
目前亦有合作實驗室一起討論，所以採用線上討論會的形式，每二週定期每次1小時的線上討論會；也歡迎有興趣加入的實驗室與我們聯繫。討論會後的內容也會摘要分享在國衛院的臉書粉絲專頁、電子報等對外平台。
