心率變異

我們的研究團隊多年來專注於心率變異(Heart Rate Variability, HRV)的研究,深入探討其在醫學與社會健康議題中的多元應用。
HRV是一種透過頻譜分析連續心跳變化的指標,能夠量化交感與副交感神經功能,具有高度臨床價值,不僅能預測心血管疾病風險,還可反映自律神經的運作狀態。團隊的研究成果涵蓋廣泛領域,包括:精神壓力對冠心病患者心肌缺血與心血管事件的影響、輪班與長工時對醫護人員身體機能的調節、藥物治療(如美沙酮療法)對海洛因依賴者的自律神經功能影響,以及年齡與充血性心臟衰竭對HRV的影響等。

我們的研究證實了HRV在精神病學、心理生理學及職場健康等領域的應用價值,並強調了性別差異、自律神經調節與人格特質間的關聯。此外,我們也探討了HRV在臨床精神藥物使用(如抗精神病藥物與抗膽鹼藥物)中的作用,並將HRV應用於評估健康相關生活品質與精神疾病患者的健康管理策略。

透過這些開創性的研究,我們為HRV在文化與醫療實務中的角色提供了重要見解,也推動了HRV作為診斷工具和健康指標的廣泛應用
