--><\/p><p>\u75ab\u60c5\u4e00\u5e74\u4f86\uff0c\u5f88\u591a\u5728\u7db2\u8def\u4e0a\u7814\u7a76\u5fc3\u7406\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u554f\u5377\u3002\u75ab\u60c5\u5c0d\u5fc3\u7406\u5065\u5eb7\u5f71\u97ff\u7684\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u5f88\u5bb9\u6613\u767c\u8868\u5728\u570b\u969b\u671f\u520a\u55ce\uff1f\u7528\u7db2\u8def\u6536\u6848\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u65b9\u6cd5\u56b4\u8b39\u55ce\uff1f<\/p><p>\u6211\u5011\u6700\u65b0\u767c\u8868\u5728\u300a\u91ab\u5b78\u7db2\u8def\u7814\u7a76\u671f\u520a\u300b(JMIR, IF=5.03) \u7684\u5206\u6790\u6307\u51fa\uff1aCOVID-19\u75ab\u60c5\u5c0d\u5fc3\u7406\u5065\u5eb7\u5f71\u97ff\u7684\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u5e73\u5747\u57289.2\u5929\u5c31\u6536\u52305137\u4f4d\u53d7\u8a66\u8005\uff1b\u7136\u800c73%\u7684\u8ad6\u6587\u6709\u7814\u7a76\u65b9\u6cd5\u54c1\u8cea\u4e0d\u4f73\u7684\u554f\u984c\u3002<\/p><p>COVID-19\u75ab\u60c5\u4e0d\u50c5\u5f71\u97ff\u5927\u773e\u7684\u5fc3\u7406\u5065\u5eb7\uff0c\u4e5f\u5f71\u97ff\u4e86\u5fc3\u7406\u5065\u5eb7\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002\u6211\u5011\u7cfb\u7d71\u6027\u56de\u9867\u53bb\u5e74\u4e0a\u534a\u5e74\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u767c\u8868\u5728\u540c\u5115\u5be9\u67e5\u570b\u969b\u671f\u520a\u4e2d\uff0cCOVID-19\u5c0d\u5fc3\u7406\u5065\u5eb7\u5f71\u97ff\u7684\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u5206\u6790\u8ad6\u6587\u6536\u6848\u8207\u767c\u8868\u7684\u6548\u7387\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u7814\u7a76\u65b9\u6cd5\u7684\u54c1\u8cea\u3002\u80fd\u5920\u767c\u8868\u5728\u570b\u969b\u671f\u520a\u7684\u53d7\u8a66\u8005\u6a23\u672c\u6578\u5e73\u5747\u70ba5137\u4eba (\u5f9e100\u523056679\u90fd\u6709)\uff0c\u800c\u5e73\u5747\u6536\u6848\u7684\u6642\u9593\u70ba 9.2 \u5929\uff01\u800c\u6536\u6848\u5b8c\u6210\u5230\u6295\u7a3f\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u7d71\u8a08\u5206\u6790\u3001\u64b0\u5beb\u8ad6\u6587\u7684\u6642\u9593\u5e73\u5747 26.7 \u5929\u3002\u800c\u671f\u520a\u7684\u6548\u7387\u4e5f\u5f88\u9ad8\uff1a\u5f9e\u6536\u5230\u6295\u7a3f\u5be9\u67e5\u5230\u520a\u51fa\u5e73\u5747 18.7 \u5929\u3002<\/p><p>\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u7528 Newcastle-Ottawa Scale \u9019\u9805\u7c21\u6613\u8a55\u50f9\u6a6b\u65b7\u5f0f\u7814\u7a76\u65b9\u6cd5\u54c1\u8cea\u7684\u6a19\u6e96\u4f86\u770b(\u6eff\u5206\u70ba5\u5206\uff0c&lt;3\u5206\u5247\u70ba\u54c1\u8cea\u4e0d\u4f73)\uff0c\u670973%\u7684\u8ad6\u6587\u6709\u7814\u7a76\u65b9\u6cd5\u54c1\u8cea\u4e0d\u4f73\u7684\u554f\u984c\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\u53ea\u670910\u7bc7\u8ad6\u6587\u6709\u4ea4\u5f85\u6a23\u672c\u7684\u4ee3\u8868\u6027\uff0c\u9019\u5728\u8d85\u904e\u4e5d\u6210\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u63d0\u5230\u662f\u7db2\u8def\u6536\u6848\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u4e2d\uff0c\u586b\u5beb\u554f\u5377\u8005\u7684\u6a23\u672c\u4ee3\u8868\u6027\u5c24\u70ba\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u7531\u65bc\u54c1\u8cea\u53c3\u5dee\u4e0d\u9f4a\uff0c\u9019\u6703\u9020\u6210\u672a\u4f86\u53ef\u80fd\u7121\u6cd5\u7528\u7d71\u5408\u5206\u6790(meta-analysis)\u75ab\u60c5\u5c0d\u5fc3\u7406\u5065\u5eb7\u5f71\u97ff\u7684\u7d50\u8ad6\u3002<\/p><p>\u6211\u5011\u9084\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u5206\u6790\u5e73\u5747\u57289.2\u5929\u6536\u52305137\u4f4d\u53d7\u8a66\u8005\u7684\u9ad8\u6548\u7387\uff0c\u6536\u6848\u6642\u9593\u548c\u6a23\u672c\u6578\u6c92\u6709\u95dc\u806f\u6027-\u9019\u7576\u7136\u662f\u56e0\u70ba\u767c\u8868\u504f\u5dee(publication
