Staff Hours

“Staff Hours” was designed to capture physicians’ workhours, work patterns, and circadian rhythm in real time. An algorithm was developed to automatically identify workhours a physician spent in medical workplaces (e.g. hospital, clinics). The technology is based on signals of Global Positioning System (GPS), combined with self-reported work time information for elaboration.

「行醫記錄器」是我們最新開發的全自動工時記錄 App,主要的原理是以極低耗電的模式,用運用全球定位系統(GPS)自動計算工時。不必每天打卡紀錄,安裝後就會自動計算的工時。這款App是我們在「全自動即時勞檢系統」的第一項研究工具,將大幅改善傳統工時勞檢的效率;未來也會建立全台灣各種工作的即時「血汗地圖」做即時監測,做為超時過勞的員工不必等到勞檢,隨時都有工時記錄的保障。
 
命名「行醫記錄器」並且先以醫師為主要研究對象的原因是:醫師為超長工時且沒有勞基法保障的職業;加上值班的制度複雜,適合挑戰、檢查這套系統的演算法。因此只要您的上班地點相對固定,不是醫療人員也可以試用。
 
「行醫記錄器」會將過去的工作時間全自動化地畫成圖表,並且統計近七日的實際工時以及加班工時;如果系統記錄到的工時和您的實際工時有出入,七天內可點選畫面的長條圖調整。使用者可以將過去「一週」或「一個月」的工時圖表分享到Facebook。
