智慧型手機成癮量表 (Smartphone Addiction Scale, SPAI) 是結合專業精神科醫師診斷所建立，也是台灣首份針對智慧型手機成癮的量表。自2014年林煜軒醫師與陳淑惠教授等學者發表於《公共科學圖書館》 (PLoS ONE) 期刊後，陸續獲得各國學者要求授權翻譯為德、法、西班牙、義大利、芬蘭、葡萄牙、匈牙利、巴西、土耳其、印度、伊朗、俄羅斯、馬來西亞等多國語言版本的高度肯定。
2016年林煜軒與陳淑惠教授將原本26題的量表，精簡為10題的「短版智慧型手機成癮量表」，並且計算出與醫師臨床判斷相對應的量表切分點，發表於《國際精神醫學研究方法期刊》(International Journal of Methods in Psychiatric Research)。
